Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Lagos, Nigeria

Estimated delivery: Within 48 hours of dispatch.

Outside Lagos (Within Nigeria)

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their destination country.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, Lamis cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, public holidays or courier disruptions are outside our control.
